More than a week after floods caused by Storm Daniel devastated eastern Libya, killing thousands and displacing many more, the country’s Minister of Youth, Fatalla AF Elzuni, called upon the world “to live up to its responsibility to Libya in order to help cope with the aftermath of this disaster.” UNIFEED
