Addressing reporters today (20 Sep) on the E-10's behalf, Ricardo Patiño Aroca, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of Ecuador, said, “We aspire and are committed to a council that is able to tackle the complex and pressing threats to peace and security that we collectively face.”
