Commenting on yesterday’s General Assembly adoption of a resolution demanding that Russian forces withdraw from the territory of Ukraine, Albares stated, “It was a vote in favor of Ukraine, of the existence of Ukraine, of its independence, of its territorial integrity, of its sovereignty, of its right to exist. But we also voted in favor of the international legality.”
