Description
In Nepal, 17% of adolescent women age 15-19 are already mothers or pregnant with their first child, and only 15% of married women or girls aged 15-19 use a modern form of contraception. In rural areas, women have little say in family planning, and often give birth to upwards of 8 children. With the help of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), one woman is taking charge of her future and giving her children the opportunities she did not have.
