Speaking to journalists about the desecration of the Holy Koran by international military forces and the temporary evacuation of some UNAMA staff in Kunduz, Mr. Kubis said: “We will see action, first the investigation and then disciplinary action on the side of those that by mistake allowed the desecration of the Holy Koran. And at the same time, we are talking to the people to see that we have the conditions to return back to Kunduz and continue our work throughout the country".
