Iraqi Schoolchildren Celebrate World Water Day
Students from Piramerd Basic School celebrate UN World Water Day, in Badawa, Erbil Governorate, in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The school, housing grades one through nine, is one of the educational institutions in the governorate where the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is undertaking projects to improve infrastructure and academic standards.
