UN High Representative for Disarmament Affairs Izumi Nakamitsu called on all States that have previously declared moratoriums on nuclear testing, to “reaffirm these moratoriums” and to take “immediate” steps to sign and all ratify the Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). UNIFEED
