CTBTO's Executive Secretary, Robert Floyd, will be joined by the Foreign Ministers of Panama and Norway, incoming co-presidents of the AFC, the Foreign Minister of Sri Lanka, the most recent State to ratify the CTBT, and representatives of the outgoing co-presidents, Italy and South Africa. During the briefing, the speakers will address the danger nuclear testing continues to pose to global peace and security and the need for reinvigorated action to combat this existential threat.
