5. SOUNDBITE (English) Farhan Haq, Deputy Spokesperson for the Secretary-General, United Nations:
"There are different auditing process. I mean, the Secretariat has auditors but the UN Office for Project Services has its own auditors. That is something that is really a matter for the UN Office for Project Services and its board to review, whether that functioning worked as it should have. The Secretary General is, meanwhile, reviewing the findings of our investigative branch, that is to say the Office of Internal Oversight Services, that is looking into what the failings are. And so that is our effort to look into what could have gone wrong with their processes."
