5. SOUNDBITE (English) Osnat Lubrani, Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine, United Nations:
“Out of those like, I would add that there were 20 children. In Azovstal, there were 17, the youngest one six months old. We are talking about civilians that have been caught in a steel plant for a total of two months. It was just, what can I say? It was moving and horrifying to sort of witness people that have been locked in darkness, living under the incessant shelling coming and then see this sky for the first time in two months.”
6. Wide shot, UN deputy spokesperson, Lubrani on screen, briefing room
7. SOUNDBITE (English) Osnat Lubrani, Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine, United Nations:
“I want to believe that this operation is a steppingstone to more such operations that need to take place. And particularly because there is knowledge that there are civilians still trapped in the Azovstal plant, and I think, you know, some of them may have been afraid to come out. Some of them probably couldn't make it. It's a huge area.”

9. SOUNDBITE (English) Osnat Lubrani, Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine, United Nations:
“With the parties, I think this shows us that it can be done. And I want to say it must be done more in Azovstal for anyone that still needs to be evacuated, and also in other places that are deeply affected in a country that is suffering a terrible war.”

The Humanitarian Coordinator said, “I want to believe that this operation is a steppingstone to more such operations that need to take place.
