Description
The Vanishing Breed: Hundreds of species of birds and animals are presently considered rare or endangered. This programme asks what can be done to preserve them, and more importantly why mankind should protect the World’s wildlife. East Africa is an example of the growing conflict between desires to conserve animal species and the demands of farming and industry in developing nations. The international problem of whaling regulation is also covered.
