Press Briefing by President of Inkatha Freedom Party

Prince Mangosuthu G. Buthelezi, President of Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), states that the reason of their trip to United Nations Headquarters is to share IFP’s perspectives on the current situation of South Africa as well as its future related to the democratization process. He is not optimistic that the relationship between Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) and African National Congress (ANC) followers will improve. Also, he believes that elections cannot be free and fair if there is violence.
