The United Nations General Assembly elected 15 new members to sit on the UN Human Rights Council.  Albania, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, the Congo, El Salvador, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Latvia, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Paraguay, Portugal and Qatar.
