The Security Council today (11 November) was briefed by the Director of the Operation Division at the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), John Ging, who informed Council members on the inability to conduct a much needed polio vaccination campaign on Southern Kordofan and Blue Nile states in Sudan.
