UN / COOL UNITED NATIONS (1.38) (30 July 2008) - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has launched a number of initiatives to save energy and cut carbon emissions to mitigate climate change. As part of a month long experiment thermostat settings at the United Nations headquarters will rise by five degrees from 72 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. UNTV
