SOUTH SUDAN / REFUGEES RETURN (9.29) (19 July 2008) - When refugees from Sudan's two-decade long civil war fled to neighboring Uganda, they were hoping to find peace. Instead, they found the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), a brutal rebel group notorious for abducting children to serve as soldiers and sex slaves.
