UN/ IRAQ HUMANITARIAN UPDATE

The United Nations has declared a 'level 3 emergency' for Iraq – the highest global humanitarian priority for the UN and partner agencies. OCHA communications chief Kieran Dwyer said that Iraq was now one of four global level emergencies in the world. The country joins Syria, South Sudan and the Central African Republic. UNIFEED-UNTV
