The IMF has called for the U.S. to do more to help its economy and the prospects of the long-term unemployed. IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde said "we have revised downward our growth forecast for 2014 down to 2 percent. That is largely attributable to the poor result in Q1 which is largely but not entirely weather related." IMF
