The United Nations envoy to Libya, Tarek Mitri,  welcomed today’s decision by the country's  Supreme Court which ruled that the election of disputed Prime Minister Ahmed Maiteg, was unconstitutional.  In his briefing to the Security Council, he said the decision opens  "a way out of the institutional crisis" in Libya.
