The Chair of the Commission of Inquiry on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) , Michael Kirby, told reporters that the best way for the DPRK to respond to allegations of human rights violations, would be "to open those parts of North Korea which are said to contain the detention and prison camps" to the Commission of Enquiry.
