Commenting on a new report by Yale University that contends UN peacekeepers were responsible for the 2010 outbreak of cholera in Haiti, spokesperson Martin Nesirky said "they were aware of the report" and that while the "claims are not receivable" this decision would not "diminish" the commitment of the UN to do "all that the organization can do to help the people of Haiti to overcome the cholera epidemic."
