Republic of Congo: The Fight Against Cholera
In response to the recent Cholera outbreak, the United Nations Children’s Fund, UNICEF, and the World Health Organization, WHO, with financing from the United Nations Central Emergency Response Fund, launched a series of initiatives to treat and prevent the spread of the disease. Communities living along the Congo River now stand a better chance of beating Cholera. UNIA program # 1343
