UN Burundi Mission Honours South African Peacekeepers
Captain Angela Koesnel (left), a level 1 nurse with the South African peacekeeping contingent in Burundi, photographed during the medal parade held at the heliport in the capital, Bujumbura. She was among the South African peacekeepers decorated at the end of their mission with the United Nations Operation in Burundi (ONUB) by Major General Derrick Mgwebi, Force Commander of ONUB, during a ceremony today in Bujumbura.
