The Netherlands Signs Agreement Covering Activities of States on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies
Ambassador Hugo Scheltema, Permanent Representative of the Netherlands, today signed at UN Headquarters the Agreement governing the Activities of States on the Moon and other Celestial Bodies, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 5 December 1979. At right is Mr. Erik Suy, Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs.
