Secretary-General Visits Devastated Town of Labado in Darfur
Children in the town of Labado, where roughly 60,000 of the town's inhabitants had fled from violence and attacks last December, but the half have recently begun to return under the protection of the African Union (AU) force deployed there, as Secretary-General Kofi Annan is touring the town to get first-hand impression of the humanitarian situation in South Darfur.
