Secretary-General Delivers Annual Sergio Vieira de Mello Lecture
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon delivered the 2013 Sergio Vieira de Mello Lecture in Geneva. Sponsored by the Sergio Vieira de Mello Foundation, the Annual Lecture is dedicated to honouring the philosophy and work of the former Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Iraq, who perished with 21 of his UN colleagues in the August 2003 attack on the UN Building in Baghdad.
