As part of the Tarehe Sita celebrations, which commemorate the 1986 takeover of power by the National Resistance Movement (NRM) in Uganda, the Ugandan People's Defence Force (UPDF) provided three days of medical outreach services in Mogadishu, as a gesture symbolizing the relationship between Uganda and the people of Somalia.
