Two volunteers help coordinate activities at a medical outreach centre in Mogadishu. As part of the Tarehe Sita celebrations, which commemorate the 1986 takeover of power by the National Resistance Movement (NRM) in Uganda, the Ugandan People's Defence Force (UPDF) provided three days of medical outreach services in Mogadishu, as a gesture symbolizing the relationship between Uganda and the people of Somalia. The Ugandan contingent is the largest of four deployed in the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM).
