Panel Discussion on “Hate Speech and Incitement to Genocide”
A panel discussion on the subject “Hate Speech and Incitement to Genocide” was held at UN Headquarters in New York. The event was by organized the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum; the UN Office on Genocide Prevention and the Responsibility to Protect; the Office of the UN Special Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of the Right to Freedom of Opinion and Expression; and the Permanent Mission of Norway to the UN.
