Council Meets on Former Yugoslavia Tribunal
Sergey Karev, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, speaks at the Security Council. The Council met to discuss a resolution on the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991.
