Security Council Considers Situation Concerning DRC
The Security Council unanimously adopts resolution 2078 (2012), reiterating its demand for an end to all outside support to the insurgency ravaging the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the 23 March Movement (M23), and renewing until 1 February 2014 the arms embargo and related sanctions on that country.
