India, Brazil, South Africa Call for End to Israeli-Palestinian Violence
Hardeep Singh Puri (centre), Permanent Representative of India to the UN, reads a statement on behalf of his country, Brazil and South Africa (a grouping known as IBSA), strongly condemning the recent escalation of violence between Israelis and Palestinians. In their statement, IBSA countries urged the parties to immediately cease all violence and expressed deep regret over the loss of human lives.
