Security Council Calls for M23 Withdrawal from Goma, DRC
The Security Council unanimously adopted resolution 2076 (2012), demanding the immediate withdrawal of the armed group known as the 23 March Movement (M23) from the major city of Goma, in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
