ICJ Delivers Judgment in Nicaragua v. Colombia Case
On Monday 19 November, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, delivered its (final and binding) Judgment in the case concerning the Territorial and Maritime Dispute (Nicaragua v. Colombia). A public sitting took place during which the President of the Court, Judge Peter Tomka, read the Court’s Judgment.
