UN Holds Roundtable Discussion to Mark Anniversary of Kristallnacht
The UN’s Department of Public Information held an event entitled, “The Holocaust by Bullets: Uncovering the Reality of Genocide”, to mark the anniversary of Kristallnacht, the 9-10 November 1938 series of attacks against Jews in Nazi Germany and parts of Austria. The event was organized in partnership with Yahad-In Unum, the leading research organization investigating mass executions and collecting evidence of more than 2.2 million Jews and Roma killed in Eastern Europe between 1941 and 1944.
