Secretary-General Celebrates Completion of "Four Freedoms Park"
A bronze bust of the late United States President Franklin Delano Roosevelt is shown at the new Four Freedoms Park in New York City.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon attended the inauguration of the park, which is dedicated to Roosevelt and named for his belief in the four essential freedoms of speech, worship, from want and from fear, on Roosevelt Island in the East River, within sight of the UN Headquarters complex.
