Humanitarian Affairs Chief Visits North Kivu
Valerie Amos, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, visits the Kanyaruchinya Camp for Internally Displaced Persons, located in the outskirts of Goma. More than 270,000 people that have been displaced from their homes by violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s (DRC) North Kivu province.
