Bert Koenders (centre), Head of the UN Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI), ceremonially lays the first stone in the renovation of a school building for 8th grade students in Bonoua. The renovation benefitting Bonoua’s Lycée Moderne is made possible with funds from the mission.
