Singapore Names Orchid after Secretary-General and Wife
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) and his wife, Yoo Soon-taek, are shown the orchids named in their honour at the National Orchid Garden in Singapore. Mr. and Mrs. Ban participated in the naming ceremony for the hybrid flowers, known as “Vanda Ban Ki-moon Yoo Soon-taek”.
