Senior Officials Roll Up Their Pants for "Lend Your Leg" Campaign
Dmitry Titov (left), Assistant Secretary-General for Rule of Law and Security Institutions in the Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO), and Jordan Ryan (right), Assistant Secretary-General and Director of the UN Development Programme (UNDP)’s Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery, roll up their pants during a video shoot for the “Lend Your Leg” campaign, a joint endeavour of the UN Mine Action Service (UNMAS), the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) and Fundación Arcangeles. “Lend Your Leg” raises global awareness on the issue of landmines and serves as an appeal to Governments to urgently join the Mine Ban Treaty.
