Secretary-General Visits Khalida Ferjan Grave Site in Tripoli
During his visit to the Khalida Ferjan grave site in Tripoli, Libya, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (seated centre) meets with survivors of the killings at the site and the family members of those who perished. The site, an agricultural warehouse in Tripoli's Salahaddin area, is where over one hundred detainees are reported to have been tortured, and many summarily executed, by a military brigade of the Qadhafi regime in August 2011.
