Secretary-General's Message to Argentinean Human Rights Centre
The guestbook signed by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon at the entrance of the Center for the Promotion of Human Rights, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Center was formerly a notorious detention centre, Escuela Superior de Mecánica de la Armada (ESMA), used by Argentina’s military government in the late 1970’s and early 80’s.
