Secretary-General Visits Human Rights Centre, Buenos Aires
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon signs the guestbook at the Center for the Promotion of Human Rights, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Center was formerly a notorious detention centre, Escuela Superior de Mecánica de la Armada (ESMA), used by Argentina’s military government in the late 1970’s and early 80’s.
