"Iraq Briefing Book" Presented in Baghdad
Ad Melkert, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Iraq and Head of the UN mission in the country (UNAMI), speaks at a conference on the “Iraq Briefing Book” in Baghdad. Outlining policy issues of mutual interest to Iraq and its international partners, the book was submitted to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki by Mr. Melkert, on behalf of the International Partners Forum, in early 2011.
