Assembly Declares 12 April as International Day of Human Space Flight
Joseph Deiss, President of the sixty-fifth session of the General Assembly, chairs the meeting to declare the first International Day of Human Space Flight and to reaffirm “the important contribution of space science and technology in achieving sustainable development goals and increasing the well-being of States and peoples”.
