Secretary-General Heads for Libya Meeting with Spanish Prime Minister
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (right) heads for Paris with José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero (left), Prime Minister of Spain, on the Prime Minister’s plane, to a meeting where Mr. Ban will discuss further action on Libya with the leaders of France, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Arab League. Mr. Ban was offered a ride on Mr. Zapatero’s plane when the UN’s official aircraft suffered a technical glitch and was grounded in Madrid.
