Africa Commission Presents Recommendations for Development
Ulla Tørnæs, Minister for Development Cooperation of Denmark, addresses a presentation of the Africa Commission's recommendations and initiatives for development and job creation in Africa, contained in its report, "Realizing the Potential of Africa's Youth". The Commission, made up of heads of state and government, business leaders, experts and representatives from regional and international organizations, was launched by the Prime Minister of Denmark in 2008.
