Security Council Discusses Situation in Afghanistan
Le Luong Minh, Permanent Representative of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and President of the Security Council for the month of October, chairs a Council meeting on the situation in Afghanistan. A terrorist attack on a guest house in Kabul claimed the lives of five United Nations staff members and injured many others on 28 October.
