The Report of the Commission on the Status of Women
Many interested spectators followed closely the two weeks of meetings which the United Nations Economic and Social Council's Human Rights Committee devoted to the study of the Report of the Commission on the Status of Women. At the Palais des Nations, Mrs. Elizabeth Abbott (United Kingdom), Chairman of the Open Door International, listens with other representatives of non-governmental organizations, many of whom had submitted recommendations concerning the Status of Women.
