Security Council Meets on Deteriorating Situation in Liberia
The Security Council meets to discuss the deteriorating situation in Liberia and to express support for the Secretary-General's proposal to extend the mandate of the United Nations Observer Mission in Liberia (UNOMIL) for three months. Ambassador William Bull, Permanent Representative of Liberia to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council.
